ToolsPlus was founded by Tobias, a Swiss software engineer, in 2017. We launched our first app, Intercom for Jira, on the Atlassian Marketplace that same year. In 2019, we were among the first to ship an app for Intercom Inbox to the Intercom App Store. Today we serve over 1500 customers on the Atlassian Marketplace and over 3500 customers on the Intercom App Store.
With its Swiss roots, focus on function, precision, and design are the core DNA of the company and our products. We create high-quality tools that supercharge our customers' existing software and seamlessly connect their systems to enable highly efficient business processes.
